I was looking to return a leased 2014 Fusion and replace it with a new 2017. Since my car had been serviced at Woodstock and I liked the service department, I went there to see what was available. My salesman, Aubrea Carringer could not have been more accommodating. I did not know what model I wanted nor was I sure whether I would lease again or purchase the my next vehicle. Aubrea showed me what was available on the lot , as well as what he could find for me at other dealers. He patiently explained all my options with the Fusion and explained the pros and cons of of lease vs buy. It took a week, but we found the perfect model at another local dealer. Aubrea went out of his way to get that vehicle AND meet that dealer's price. I ended up buying the car. When I picked it up. Aubrea spent a fair amount of time explaining all new technology - not an easy job since technology and I are not the best of friends. I am happy with my choice of car and dealer. Good, friendly service. I brought my Lincoln in for routine maintenance. Appointments were on schedule and the service only took about an hour. Tim was very friendly and professional. I will definitely return.

We had a great experience with our purchase of a 2014 Fusion Titanium. Our sales rep., Bill Montooth, gave us great customer service. He is easy going, has a calming personality, gives you space to look at inventory at your leisure - he offered the information we needed to make our decision and we made the deal. It was so easy, the vehicle had every bell and whistle plus a great color - looks brand new, low mileage. My husband said that if everyone had a great experience buying a vehicle like we did, they couldn't keep their inventory in stock. You've got to check them out online and see Bill.

I was playing around on the internet one day, just dreaming, and I received a phone call from Aubrea, and this started a phone relationship that ended lasting about 5 months. At one point during this process, my mom became very, very ill, and I had to cancel my appointment with Aubrea. His response? To include my mother in the prayers of a prayer group at his church, and then several follow up texts/calls simply to inquire on how she was doing (I'm glad to report she pulled through). My financial situation required me to put buying a car on the back burner, but then my situation drastically and unexpectedly changed, due to a car I'm cosigned on and the owner decided that she didn't want to pay for it anymore. Faced with this new challenge, I called Aubrea. I explained the situation, and the next thing I know, I am the proud new owner of a 2012 Ford Escape, perfect for the family I am in the process of adopting, and it was something I could afford, and it protected me from the cosigned deal that threatened to wreck my financial status. Aubrea went out of his way to help me, and was kind and professional the entire time. I am grateful, beyond what words can describe. I have never had such an amazing experience when buying a car - it's usually something I dread with every fiber of my being - but Aubrea has changed that for me. Who would have thought buying a car could be almost pleasant? Aubrea and Bill Montooth worked with, us both in person and over the phone, to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Aubrea did an outstanding job of helping me and my husband find the right first car for our son!
